The Center for Elder Services, LLC is conveniently located near the Nassau County border in Melville, New York, on the Route 110 Corridor. Our well-appointed offices include a private conference room to hold planning and update meetings, and our caring staff is available to assist with your special needs.

From the Long Island Expressway: Exit 49 South towards Route 110 (Amityville/Farmingdale). Merge onto the South Service Road. Cross over Walt Whitman Road. Make a right onto Route 110 and a left onto Melville Park Drive. Make a right into the parking lot in the rear of the building. Enter and take elevator to the second floor.

From the Southern State Parkway: Exit 32 North (Route 110) towards Huntington. Travel approximately five miles to Melville Park Drive. Make a right turn and then another right turn into the parking lot in the rear of the building. Enter and take elevator to the second floor.

From the Northern State Parkway: Exit 40 South (Route 110) towards Amityville/Farmingdale. Cross over the Long Island Expressway. Make and a left onto Melville Park Drive. Make a right into the parking lot in the rear of the building. Enter and take elevator to the second floor.
